Free Ring Sizing* (See limitations below) including free insured shipping in the US both ways; up to 7 business days' turnaround time. International customers pay additional shipping fees, and are responsible for any custom delays.
*For sizing of up to 1 size difference. if the ring cannot be sized, or if more than 1 size difference is requested – a charge may be required for a new ring production.

Free Cleaning & Rhodium Re-plating service plus new polish; this includes a thorough maintenance inspection.

Reshaping Ring: If bands become misshapen or twisted, or prongs become curved or broken as a result of careful and normal everyday wear – we will repair this under the warranty (Some limitations apply as to damage covered). Extreme negligence, carelessness, or intentional damage is not covered; Such damage voids warranty.

Stone Replacement: If side (accent) diamonds fall out – we will replace the diamond *up to 0.1-ct size of side diamonds *up to a maximum of 3 side diamonds a year.
Stone Replacement protection applies to side-accent stones only; and excludes lost, stolen, or broken (larger than 0.1-ct) main stones. If your main stone falls out and you have it, we will re-set that for you according to this policy.
