At Best Brilliance, we're committed to making your experience exceptional from start to finish. Our shipping and returns policies are designed with your complete satisfaction in mind.

Returns, Exchanges & Resizing
At Best Brilliance, your complete satisfaction is paramount. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided:
  • Items are unworn, in their original condition, with original tags and certificates.
  • Items altered, resized, or modified by third-party jewelers are not eligible for returns.
  • Eternity bands cannot be resized; please use our complimentary ring sizing kit available here.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
  • Items specifically crafted to customer specifications.
  • Items exchanged once become final sale.

Complimentary Resizing:

  • Two (2) complimentary resizes per jewelry item. Items that has been resized will not be eligible for a refund
  • Further resizing beyond two complimentary adjustments will incur additional fees, plus shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement incur no fees.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations/modifications incur a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.
    Reason: Each jewelry piece is meticulously handcrafted per order, involving immediate resource allocation, labor, and materials, which this fee partially covers.

Metal Sensitivity Disclaimer:

  • Our jewelry meets rigorous standards; however, gold alloys may contain trace metals (nickel/copper) potentially causing reactions. For sensitive skin, hypoallergenic platinum is recommended.

Shipping Address Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Ensure accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds process within approximately 14 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
  • Original shipping charges are deducted from refunds or credits.

Shipping Charges on Returns:

  • If defective, incorrect, or inaccurately described items: Shipping covered by Best Brilliance.
  • Customer-driven returns (preferences, customer sizing errors): Shipping charges deducted from refunds, store credits, exchanges, or repairs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Notify Best Brilliance within 72 hours of receipt for resolution and return shipping coverage.
