Returns, Exchanges & Resizing
At Best Brilliance, your complete satisfaction is paramount. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unworn, in their original condition, with original tags and certificates.
- Items altered, resized, or modified by third-party jewelers are not eligible for returns.
- Eternity bands cannot be resized; please use our complimentary ring sizing kit available here.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
- Items specifically crafted to customer specifications.
- Items exchanged once become final sale.
Complimentary Resizing:
- One (1) complimentary resizes per jewelry item. Items that has been resized will not be eligible for a refund
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Orders canceled within 12 hours of placement incur no fees.
- After 12 hours, cancellations/modifications incur a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.
Reason: Each jewelry piece is meticulously handcrafted per order, involving immediate resource allocation, labor, and materials, which this fee partially covers.
Metal Sensitivity Disclaimer:
- Our jewelry meets rigorous standards; however, gold alloys may contain trace metals (nickel/copper) potentially causing reactions. For sensitive skin, hypoallergenic platinum is recommended.
Shipping Address Policy:
- Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Ensure accuracy before finalizing your purchase.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds process within approximately 14 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
- Original shipping charges are deducted from refunds or credits.
Shipping Charges on Returns:
- If defective, incorrect, or inaccurately described items: Shipping covered by Best Brilliance.
- Customer-driven returns (preferences, customer sizing errors): Shipping charges deducted from refunds, store credits, exchanges, or repairs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Notify Best Brilliance within 72 hours of receipt for resolution and return shipping coverage.
Shipping Policy and Customer Obligations
Best Brilliance ships worldwide using trusted, industry-leading couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and Malca Amit. All shipments are fully insured and require a direct signature upon delivery. Customers must ensure a valid physical address is provided and that someone is available to receive and sign for the package.
PO Boxes and APO/DPO addresses are not eligible for delivery.
If a package is returned to Best Brilliance due to the customer’s inability or failure to receive or sign for it, additional shipping and insurance fees may apply for re-shipment. These charges must be settled prior to re-shipment.
Sales Tax, VAT, and International Duties
Sales tax is collected at checkout for applicable United States states, in accordance with local regulations.
For international orders, import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon arrival.
Payments & Fraud Protection
Best Brilliance diligently monitors transactions to prevent fraudulent activities and safeguard customer interests. Occasionally, our fraud-prevention team may contact customers to request additional verification information. Such information may include, but is not limited to:
- Valid government-issued identification
- Proof of address
- Other documentation necessary to verify transactions and ensure the highest standards of buyer protection
Certification and Appraisal Disclaimer
Every Best Brilliance jewelry piece containing a gemstone is shipped with an independent third-party laboratory grading certificate, such as GIA or IGI, detailing the gemstone’s characteristics.
Third-party appraisals are subjective and may vary based on market conditions, methodology, or individual opinion. As such, Best Brilliance does not accept third-party appraisals as a basis for returns, refunds, exchanges, or claims. Product descriptions, laboratory certificates, and specifications provided by Best Brilliance constitute the sole reference for evaluation and eligibility under our policies.
Warranty Protection
Best Brilliance stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create.
Each purchase includes a limited workmanship warranty for the first 60 days following delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
Extended protection plans are available through Extend and are strongly recommended to provide long-term coverage beyond this initial 60-day period.
After the first 60 days:
- Warranty coverage is available exclusively through Extend for customers who purchased an extended protection plan
- Customers without Extend coverage may request repair or resizing services through Best Brilliance, subject to availability and additional fees
Pricing for repairs or resizing requests outside the 60-day workmanship period and without Extend coverage is determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the nature of the request and current service costs.
Ring Resizing
One complimentary resize is available within the first 60 days from the delivery date for eligible items.
Some styles, including eternity bands, cannot be resized. In such cases, Best Brilliance provides a free ring sizing kit.
After 60 days:
- Resizing services are available through Extend for customers with extended protection
- Customers without Extend coverage may contact Best Brilliance for resizing options and applicable pricing
