1. **Consultation** - We talk through your vision. Zoom, chat, or email - whatever works for you.
2. **Quote** - We send a detailed price breakdown. No surprises, no pressure.
3. **Invoice** - Once approved, we move forward with your order.
4. **CAD Design** - Our designers create a 3D rendering of your exact ring.
5. **Revisions** - You review and request changes. As many rounds as you need, no extra charge.
6. **You Approve** - Nothing goes into production until you sign off. Nothing.
7. **Production** - Approximately 3–4 weeks of craftsmanship.
8. **Quality Check** - Every piece is inspected before it leaves our hands.
9. **Delivery** - Insured FedEx, adult signature required.

How long does a custom ring take?

Accepted Answer

From invoice to delivery: **4–6 weeks** for most custom designs. Our median production time is 21 days from order to ready-to-ship - then add FedEx transit.

If you have a specific date - a proposal, an anniversary - tell us upfront. We'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work, and we offer rush production on select designs.

Can I return a custom piece?

Accepted Answer

Custom pieces are final sale. This is standard across the fine jewelry industry - the piece was made exclusively for you.

We de-risk this in four ways:
- **Unlimited CAD revisions** before production - you approve the design before a single stone is cut.
- **Transparent pricing and stone selection** upfront - no surprises.
- **Craftsmanship warranty** - If there is a manufacturing defect within 60 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
- **Optional Extend Protection Plan** for accidental damage.

How many revisions can I make to the CAD?

As many as you need before production begins. We don't charge per revision. Our goal is for you to love the design before we build it.

Can I customize a ring that's already in your collection?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of our collection styles can be customized - different metal, different stone, different setting, different band width. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can you make a matching wedding band for my engagement ring?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We make custom bands designed to fit flush against your engagement ring. Share your ring details - or your order number if you bought from us - and we'll design a band that sits perfectly.

Can I see a preview before you start building?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The CAD design step exists specifically for this. You'll see a detailed 3D rendering of your ring before any stone is cut or metal is cast. You approve it - or we revise it - before production begins.
