How do I know what size to order?

*Buying as a surprise?* A size 6 fits most women in the US. When in doubt, size up - it's easier to size down than up. And you have 1 complimentary resize included with every order within the first 60 days.

What if my ring doesn't fit when it arrives?

We include **1 complimentary resizes per item**. Contact us and we'll arrange it.

**Important rules to know before you order:**
- After 1 resize, additional resizing is available for a fee plus return shipping.
- Once a ring has been resized, it is **no longer eligible for a return or refund**.
- **Eternity bands cannot be resized at all** - if you're ordering an eternity band, use our sizing kit or get professionally sized first.

Can eternity bands be resized?

Accepted Answer

**No.** Eternity bands - rings with stones all the way around - cannot be resized due to their construction. This is true industry-wide, not just with us.

I'm between two sizes - which should I order?

Always order the larger size. Sizing down is easier than sizing up. And remember: you have 1 complimentary resize included. We've got you covered.

How long does a resize take?

Typically **2–3 weeks** from the time we receive your ring. We'll keep you updated throughout.
