*Buying as a surprise?* A size 6 fits most women in the US. When in doubt, size up - it's easier to size down than up. Most rings include 1 complimentary resize within 60 days of shipment (eternity rings can't be resized).

What if my ring doesn't fit when it arrives?

Every ring includes **1 complimentary resize within 60 days of shipment** (eternity rings excluded). Submit your request through our **[returns portal](/client-portal)** and our team will confirm eligibility and send shipping instructions.

**Important rules to know before you order:**
- After 60 days, resizing is handled through Extend if you have a protection plan; otherwise it may be available for a fee - contact us.
- After 1 resize, additional resizing may be available for a fee plus return shipping.
- Once a ring has been resized, it is **no longer eligible for a return or refund**.
- **Eternity bands cannot be resized at all** - if you're ordering an eternity band, use our sizing kit or get professionally sized first.

Can eternity bands be resized?

Accepted Answer

**No.** Eternity bands - rings with stones all the way around - cannot be resized due to their construction. This is true industry-wide, not just with us.

I'm between two sizes - which should I order?

Always order the larger size. Sizing down is easier than sizing up. Most rings include 1 complimentary resize within 60 days of shipment - just keep in mind a resized ring can no longer be refunded.
