How long does it take to receive my ring?
Our median production time is
21 days
from order to ready-to-ship. Most customers receive their ring within
3–4 weeks
of ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Affirm financing (buy now, pay later). If you're having trouble at checkout, contact us - we can process payments manually.
Can I use Affirm / financing?
Yes. Affirm is available at checkout for eligible orders. If Affirm declines or you have trouble at checkout, reach out - we have other financing options and can work with you directly.
Can I split my payment - pay half now and half before it ships?

Can I change my order after placing it?
Possibly, if production hasn't started. Contact us as soon as possible. Once a piece is in production, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
