- **Manufacturing defect within 60 days of shipment** - may be covered by our craftsmanship warranty. Our team must inspect the issue and confirm it qualifies.
- **Extend protection plan** - coverage depends on the plan you purchased and its terms. Claims are submitted to Extend at **[customers.extend.com](https://customers.extend.com/en-US/authentication)**.
- **Anything else** - repair may still be available for a fee. Our team will confirm the options and costs after reviewing the issue.

We can't guarantee a free repair, claim approval, or a specific turnaround until the issue and coverage have been confirmed.
