What are certificates?
A certificate for a diamond or gemstone is a comprehensive document provided by an authoritative gemological institute. This certificate meticulously details the unique characteristics of your diamond or gem after a thorough examination by gemological experts. It serves as an official blueprint, describing the stone’s dimensions, clarity, color, cut, carat weight, and other crucial attributes.

Just what are the 4Cs of diamonds?
The 4Cs are the universally accepted grading standard the Gemological Institute of America created. Cut, Carat, Color, and Clarity grade every diamond clarity.

Unfortunately, in today’s world, diamonds and gems are sometimes obtained at the cost of human rights violations, child abuse, or environmental destruction. Conflict-free diamonds are guaranteed to be ethically sourced from suppliers free from these unfortunate practice
I’ve heard the term, Eye Clean referring to a diamond. Just what is that?
This is a diamond trade-specific term indicating the diamond is clean or free from noticeable inclusions to the unaided eye; face up, from a distance of twelve to fifteen inches. SI or higher-quality diamonds are usually eye-clean.
What does the term “Cut” mean?
Some people think the cut is the shape, like round or oval. But it refers to how well-cut the stone is. Well-cut diamonds appear fiery and brilliant. Poorly cut stones are dull and unappealing. A well-cut diamond can make the stone appear more prominent than poorly cut diamonds of the same carat weight. So you can see how vital the cut grade is.
What are the GIA certificates?
Each uniquely created certificate your diamond's peculiar characteristic after being carefully examined. These certificates contain a universally understood method of communication of diamond qualities and adhere to the highest standards of diamond grading.
Can you explain what an Eye Clean is?
This is a trade-specific term indicating the diamond is clean or free from noticeable inclusions to the unaided eye, face up, from a distance of twelve to fifteen inches. VS2 or higher quality diamonds are usually eye-clean. SI1, SI2, and I1 diamonds must be carefully inspected to locate visible inclusions from the top of the stone.
What are enhanced diamonds, and do you sell them?
Diamonds can be enhanced or treated in several ways. The goal generally is to improve clarity and, therefore, its beauty. We do sell treated diamonds. Our treated diamonds are naturally earth-mined. You can and should request a copy of your diamonds’ certification at the time of purchase.
How is a diamond's clarity enhanced?
We use technologically advanced laser enhancing and filling. No visible trace of the enhancement process remains, and no carat weight is added. These enhanced diamonds are 100% genuine diamonds but with improved clarity. The diamonds’ clarity and quality improve but at a lower price than non-enhanced diamonds of similar clarity grade.
Can I return or exchange it for another item?
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every purchase. You may return your new undamaged item with its original packaging and paperwork (with the ticket on) for a 100% refund within 30 days of delivery. You may exchange the item for another piece of jewelry or another diamond within the same 30-day return time. You must contact our Customer Service for complete return policy details and receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) to do this.
How do I return an order?
You must first contact our Customer Service. We will send instructions with any return approval. The shipping back will be made via FedEx expedited and insured delivery.

What happens if I order the wrong finger size?
We offer a complimentary resizing for any order. We will take the ring back, size it, and mail it back to you at no charge from your side.
Can I upgrade my purchase?
Sure! Get full credit when upgrading within 30 days of purchase, but keep the item and documents in pristine condition.
